How It Works

  1. Review the layout
    Explore the available stalls, locations, sizes and open-side configurations.
  2. Select your preferred space
    You may temporarily block up to two available stall options. Adjacent stalls may be selected if you are considering a larger combined space.
  3. Receive your booking details
    Our team will share the applicable commercial details and proforma invoice based on your selection.
  4. Confirm your space
    Pay 30% of the space value to confirm your booking.
  5. Finalise your space
    You may confirm one or both blocked options. Any option not confirmed by the deadline will be released.

Important Terms & Conditions

  1. Stall selection is subject to live availability and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. Each exhibiting company may temporarily block a maximum of two stall options.
  3. Selecting a stall constitutes a temporary hold only and does not amount to a confirmed booking.
  4. Booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of:
    • 30% advance payment on the applicable discounted space value;
    • Applicable GST; and
    • Completed booking documentation.
  5. The advance payment and booking formalities must be completed within one week of space blocking.
  6. Any space not confirmed by the deadline will be automatically released.
  7. Additional services, utilities, branding, sponsorships or other requirements, where applicable, will be charged separately.
  8. Combined stall configurations and the number of open sides will be subject to layout feasibility, venue regulations, fire and safety requirements, and final approval by the organiser.
  9. The organiser reserves the right to make minor changes to stall numbering, positioning or the overall layout where required for safety, venue or operational reasons. A suitable alternative will be offered in such cases.
  10. All confirmed bookings will remain subject to the payment schedule and participation terms stated in the final booking agreement.
